Dear Management Insights Customers,
It is an honor and privilege to wish you all the best and to extend our thanks for being such wonderful customers with us over the past 24 years. Many of you know by now that Colin has passed away April 22nd, and many of you may be wondering what that means for the future of Management Insights. What you may or may not have known is that we have been maintaining the day-to-day business operations for Management Insights since December 2009.
After much deliberation, we have decided that Management Insights is simply not the same without Colin’s presence, and we have decided to discontinue computer service as Management Insights as of September 15, 2011. We have provided some area experts that we work with for you to contact regarding your technology needs at the bottom of this letter.
We will continue the website development, website and email hosting, and graphics services and they will remain completely unchanged with the exception of the company name. Beginning September 15, 2011 you will see the provider as JaBren Solutions, LLC, rather than Management Insights. Again, the web hosting will be completely unchanged with the exception of the new provider name.
